NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office has identified the two victims who survived the well site explosion near Chireno on Thursday.

Lakelvin Fletcher, 29, and Domenia Lee Mitchell, 30, were injured while working on a well site.

According to Nacogdoches County Sheriff Thomas Kerss , the accident occurred around 8 a.m. Thursday. Upon investigation, Kerss says it appears an end cap came off of a high pressure pumping rig designed to pump saltwater. That end cap blew off of the 12 inch high pressure line, killing Jeremiah Keith Neeley, 34, of Kilgore. Fletcher and Mitchell were taken to Nacogdoches Medical Center for injuries. Kerss says Mitchell left the hospital on his own, before noon Thursday.

Fletcher was released from the hospital on Thursday.

Kerss says the well site supplies water for fracking.

The accident is still being investigated, and no further information is available at this time.
