Fire crews have contained a fire in one of the baghouses at Tyler Pipe.
According to authorities, it was a small fire in a baghouse at the back of the property. Baghouses are used for venting smoke.
Red Springs, Lindale and Dixie Fire Departments responded to the scene with a ladder truck and a brush truck. Also three ambulance units were called out as a precaution. One of those units left the scene with its lights on.
One firefighter was treated for heat exhaustion at the scene.
According to Assistant General Manager Greg Simmons, the fire has been contained at this time.
The cause is still under investigation.
