Inspectors found several violations at Heartland Ham Company off South Broadway in Tyler.
They found inspect sprays on the table near the dishwasher and condiments.
They also noted mold on the shelves and found several baking pans that had debris on them.
Inspectors also saw an employee prepping veggies in the wash sink, instead of the prep sink.
