A Lufkin woman pleaded guilty Monday to driving drunk with a child passenger in January.
Tycia Annette Rodgers, 46, of Lufkin, entered the plea in District Judge Paul White's courtroom without a plea bargain. Her sentencing will come following a pre-sentence investigation.
According to a previous report, Lufkin Police arrested Rodgers in January after an officer stopped her after she ran a red light on the intersection of Abney Avenue and Raguet Drive.
The officer reported that she showed several signs of drunkenness and arrested her for DWI with a child.
Rodgers had a 12-year-old child in the vehicle with her.
