LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

A Lufkin man on probation for driving drunk with four children will be serving in an intermediate sanctions facility to address violations of his supervision.

According to Dustin Fore, a supervisor with the Angelina Adult Probation Department, Anthony Bruton, 21was booked into the Angelina County Jail on Saturday, while he waits to be taken to an ISF.

Fore did not say what terms Bruton violated, but jail records show he was arrested in April for public intoxication.

Police arrested Bruton in May 2011 after he was caught driving drunk on South First Street with four children under the age of 15 in his car.

An officer spotted a car driving erratically northbound on South First Street, then observed the car swerve, even hitting a flower pot. When Bruton stopped for police, he rolled into a ditch.
