Judge to consider revoking probation for Lufkin bathroom voyeur

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

A judge has decided to consider revoking probation for a former Livingston music minister who took photos of women in a dollar store bathroom in November 2010.

According to Angelina Adult Probation Supervisor Dustin Fore, Judge Gerald Goodwin told the department he wants a revocation hearing after Nathan Scott Kesler, 37, allegedly violated his terms.

Goodwin granted Kesler probation after he had served three months in state jail after pleading guilty to three counts of improper photography. The charges stemmed from the 2010 investigation in which Lufkin Police determined he had used a cellphone to take pictures of women in the bathroom at Dollar King, located at 501 S. Timberland Drive, where he was a manager.

Goodwin released Kesler to probation in March, but he was re-arrested in late July, after he allegedly violated several terms of his probation, including contact with a person under the age of 17, sending and receiving obscene material by email and using a computer to access social media sites.

A date on the revocation hearing has not yet been set.
