Lufkin motel room bust leads to 4 arrests on drug charges

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

An anonymous complaint led Lufkin Police officers to seizing several different types of drugs and arresting four Lufkin residents at a motel room Sunday night.

According to the police report, the tip came at 11:29 p.m. from the motel, located on the 1100 block of South Timberland Drive. The officers got consent to search the room and found several sets of digital scales, about a half gram of meth, four Xanax pills and 40 Tramadol pills, according to the report.

Police arrested Missouri W. Davlin, 21, Embry Walker, 25, Holly Horton, 18, and Magan N. Waggoner, 19, on charges of second-degree possession of a controlled substance, class C possession of drug paraphernalia and class C possession of a dangerous drug.
