Woman accuses Lufkin boyfriend of 5-hour assault

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

Lufkin Police have arrested a man accused of assaulting his girlfriend over a five-hour period Monday morning.

Police arrested Chris L. Miller, 27, at 8:49 a.m. in the 1800 block of East Denman Avenue.

According to the report, a woman reported being assaulted by her live-in boyfriend repeatedly for five hours.

Miller is charged with first-degree aggravated kidnapping and third-degree assault. He is being held on a collective bond of $25,000.
