Accidental death leads to long prison sentence

A judge determined that a Lufkin woman needed some prison time for the accidental death of her infant son. At 6, Alexis Spears brings you inside the courtroom of a case which has captivated the nation.

This morning an annual commitment hearing keeps a former Nacogdoches resident at Rusk State Hospital. It's been home for Donald Davis since 1985 following the stomping death of Ricky Lee Wilburn. Davis was found not guilty, but is still committed to a mental facility. Donna McCollum will tell you what happened in court today at 6.
