Deputies with the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office have
arrested a man accused of bruising a two-year-old boy's bottom in July.
Joshua Allan Godsey, 23, of Nacogdoches, is charged with
state-jail felony injury to a child.
According to the report, the child's grandmother reported
the injury on July 14 after she found bruising on the child's bottom. The boy
had been staying overnight with Godsey, who is the boyfriend of the child's
mother.
Investigators took the evidence to a grand jury, who
indicted Godsey.
It is not clear exactly how the child suffered the injuries.
