LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Lufkin man and Fort Worth man, both convicted felons, have pleaded guilty in separate cases to federal gun laws.
Jordan Shaquille Yarbrough, 21, of Fort Worth, and Paul Randall Rhoden, 49, of Lufkin, each pleaded guilty to felon in possession of a firearm and now face up to 10 years in federal prison.
Yarbrough is accused of possessing a Hi-Point nine-millimeter semi-automatic pistol on March 11 and Rhoden owned two 22-caliber rifles. Both are convicted felons.
A sentencing date for both has not yet been set.
