POLK COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is charging a Seven Oaks man with sexual acts in front of and with a child he was babysitting.

Det. Christi Allen said she obtained a warrant for the arrest of Jonathan Wayne Bryan, 20, on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child on Sept. 14. He was arrested the same day and is being held on a collective bond of $300,000.

The investigation began on Aug. 17 and revealed Bryan had been performing the sexual acts for the girl he was babysitting.

According to Allen, Bryan has babysat other children in Polk County. Anyone who has had Bryan babysit their children and would like for their child to speak with a forensic interviewer should call Allen at 936-329-9025.

Allen would not give the exact age of the victim but said the charge indicates she is no older than 13.
