Everybody wants a recipe to cook in 30 minutes. That would be great if you had 30 minutes! Here's something you can cook almost from scratch in about 5 minutes. You could even make it in your workplace break room, if you have a microwave.

You will need:

1 small pouch of Uncle Ben's, ready cooked rice, chicken flavor

1 small bag fully cooked chicken fajita meat

1 small bag frozen broccoli florets

1 large can creme of chicken soup

1 2 lb package shredded cheddar cheese

diced onion and celery optional- You can buy it diced and frozen.

salt, pepper, and garlic to taste

Combine cooked rice, broccoli, chicken, and soup in bowl. Add 1/2 bag cheese, save the rest for top of casserole. Add onion, celery, and seasonings to your taste, or not. Put mixture in a baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 in regular oven until bubbly or cover with plastic wrap and put in microwave. 1000 watt micro's can heat this till it's bubbly in about 5 minutes. Also, it's a good idea to use a cooking spray on your baking dish for easy an clean-up.
