LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A judge gave a Lufkin woman a probation sentence Tuesday in connection to her driving drunk with a child passenger in January.
Tycia Annette Rodgers, 46, pleaded guilty to the crime in July. District Judge Paul White issued the sentence after a pre-sentence investigation.
According to a previous report, Lufkin Police arrested Rodgers in January after an officer stopped her after she ran a red light on the intersection of Abney Avenue and Raguet Drive.
The officer reported that she showed several signs of drunkenness and arrested her for DWI with a child.
Rodgers had a 12-year-old child in the vehicle with her.
