TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

Tyler Police have identified the suspect in the aggravated robbery of two people at an apartment near UT Tyler on Monday.

Blake Irving Thomas, 18, of Tyler, is wanted in connection with the armed robbery of two individuals at the Cambridge Apartments in Southeast Tyler earlier this week.

Late Monday night, officers visited a unit at the Cambridge Apartments in the 3000 block of Old Omen Road. Two men reported they had just been robbed at gun point by a person they say they met on the basketball court at TJC.

The victims reported that Thomas entered their apartment wielding a handgun, and demanding cash.

Police say Thomas took the money and fled.

If you have information on Thomas' whereabouts, please contact local law enforcement.
