In 1982, Linda Davis left Carthage for Nashville. It was there she met and married fellow performer Lang Scott. And it was in Nashville that Linda became a Country Music Star singing with top stars and winning a Grammy for "Does He Love Me?"

Linda and Lang have two daughters, twelve year old Riley Jean and 26 year old Hillary Scott, song writer and lead singer in the highly successful Lady Antebellum.

Lady Antebellum has won 7 Grammys, 7 Academy of Country Music Awards, 6 Country Music Association Awards and CMT Artists of the Year. Hillary was also named SESAC Songwriter of the Year for 2008, 2011 and 2012 and heads up her own publishing company. Ironically, Linda says when Hillary was growing up she didn't want anything to do with country music because it took her parents away from her so much.
