LEON COUNTY (KTRE) -

An ATV rollover in Leon County Sunday resulted in the death of a 33-year-old Huntington father of three.

Pct. 1 Justice of the Peace Lori Reid pronounced Chris Dilday dead at the scene of the accident, according to Victor Smith, an investigator with the Leon County Sheriff's Office. A passenger on the ATV was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital in Madisonville, where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries and released.

The accident occurred at about 8 p.m. on private property located off County Road 410, near the community of Leona. Smith said it looks as though Dilday and his passenger were night hunting for wild hogs when the Kawasaki T-Rex rolled over on the two men.

Smith said the exact cause of the accident is still under investigation, and that they are awaiting the final autopsy results.
