Woman rescued from Scottsdale canal

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

An early Saturday morning ride ended with a woman driving her car into a Scottsdale canal.

Emergency crews were called in to rescue the driver at 68th Street and McDowell Road.

Police used a rope to secure the woman and pulled her up.

Police believe a health issue may have contributed to the crash.
