PHOENIX (CBS5) -
A hay fire burning near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport in the East Valley is expected to burn for a couple more days, according to a Rural/Metro Fire Department spokesman.
The haystack is due north of the airport near 20102 E. Warner Road, according to Colin Williams of Rural/Metro.
Williams said the fire is putting out a large amount of smoke that is seen across the Valley and is expected to continue to burn for one to two more days.
There was no cause of the fire available.
No other information was immediately available.
