GREGG COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -
An East Texas man is being held without bond
after being arrested for his third plus DWI charge.
52-year old Johnny Ray Roberts of White Oak, was arrested on Friday at the Gregg County courthouse.
Roberts' also has a contempt charge related
to conditions of his bond. Roberts was jailed on a third or
greater DWI charge out of Smith County on September 13th. Records show he was found guilty of the same
charge in Gregg County in 2001.
He's being held without bond on a charge of driving while intoxicated-third or
greater offense.
