It's time to man up!

So listen up guys.... and gals.

The East Texas 2012 man expo is returning. And many are looking forward to the manly paintball course.  Paintball is free...

The elements will be the same but there have been some modifications to the course.

"We're changing it up a little bit, cause we had a lot of close quarters kind of situations last time, so we're trying to spread the field out a little bit. It's going to be a little bit bigger and hopefully better in every way," said Joshua Gentry of KTRE TV.

All the gear and ammunition will be provided from our sponsors of the event:

Empire paintball, Final Option Paintball and Monster Energy.

The man expo is Saturday at the Lufkin expo center from 10 am to 4 PM
