All meats should be lean, remove skin from all poultry; lean, low sodium lunch meats (90% or more fat free).
Avoid high-fat meat products (bacon, sausage, salami, and franks).
Avoid all fried foods. Bake, grill, roast, etc.
Avoid regular mayonaise and oil dressings. Choose 'light', 'reduced fat', or 'fat free' brands.
Choose Low Fat or skim milks and yogarts.
STOP when you feel full. NEVER overload your stomach.
No alcolholic beverages. (alcohol contributes to calories). Beverages allowed are:
Take 1 vitamin daily with food.
