Grant's Spicy Tuna Melt

20 oz of white albacore tuna (Drained)

1 cup of mayonnaise

2 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce

1 tablespoon of hot sauce (2 if you like it hotter)

1table spoon of garlic powder

1 cup of Pico de Gallo

Bread

Shredded pepper jack cheese

In a mixing bowl take the first 6 items and mix well. Then take two slices of bread and place on a baking sheet. Over one slice spread about a half cup of tuna mix and cover with a quarter cup of shredded pepper jack cheese. Leave the other slice dry. Place in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Place the clean slice over the tuna covered slice. Enjoy!
