LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -
A federal grand jury has indicted a Nacogdoches man on an allegation that he owned a firearm despite being a convicted felon.
Lincoln Jerome Watts, 31, was booked into the Angelina County Jail on Thursday.
According
to the indictment, Watts, who was convicted of aggravated robbery in
Nacogdoches County, owned a Kel-Tec, Model P3AT .380-caliber
semi-automatic pistol on Nov. 13, 2011.
Watts is due an initial appearance on Oct. 22.
