LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A judge has set the court dates for a Nacogdoches man indicted on an allegation that he owned a firearm despite being a convicted felon.
Lincoln Jerome Watts, 31, has a jury selection and trial set for Dec. 10. Any motion for continuance must be filed by Nov. 12.
According to the indictment, Watts, who was convicted of aggravated robbery in Nacogdoches County, owned a Kel-Tec, Model P3AT .380-caliber semi-automatic pistol on Nov. 13, 2011.
He remains in the custody of US Marshals.
