Businessman accused of voter intimidation by employees

Posted: Updated:

MILWAUKEE, WI (CNN) - A Milwaukee businessman is accused of voter intimidation, and some believe he's trying to get his employees to vote a certain way.

Rite Hite's owner emailed all employees, suggesting another term for President Obama would  be bad for the company.

He also suggests the company's health insurance and retirement contributions might have to end due to higher taxes.

That email is now the subject of a complaint.
