Single car rollover injures one

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A rollover accident on Peoria Avenue near 25th Avenue had the intersection shut down Friday morning.

When the Phoenix Fire Department arrived they found one vehicle on its side with a male driver still inside. The roof of the vehicle had to be cut off in order to get him out.

The driver was taken to a nearby hospital with only minor injuries according to Phoenix Fire Department.

There was no one else in the vehicle.
