NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -
Two women are in the hospital after a one vehicle crash Saturday night in Nacogdoches.
Police reports say 22-year-old Pablo Duran was driving in the 2600 block of Hunter Rd. when his vehicle ran off the road at a "T" intersection. Instead of turning, he just went straight.
Duran was arrested on scene for driving while intoxicated. He was taken to an area hospital to get checked out and for a mandatory blood draw to determine the level of intoxication. He is charged with two counts of intoxicated assault.
One of the females was taken to a local hospital and later transported to a Tyler Hospital via ambulance with a broken hip and jaw and a bleed to the brain.
The second female passenger was taken to Memorial Hospital with a fractured and dislocated hip.
Duran is being held at the Nacogdoches Jail.
