Recognizing that many live online training and education programs are of low quality, or at least lower quality than comparable classroom based training modalities, InfoSec Institute has invested in a HD training platform. The InfoSec Institute Live Online program includes a dedicated Live Online facilitator for all Live Online students in the class. This frees the instructor to concentrate solely on teaching and instruction, rather than troubleshooting live online issues, as is the norm in other live online programs developed by competitors.

Students will also participate along with all other students in the Live Online program via an integrated learning chat application, and via voice connection. For technical classes, the InfoSec Institute instructor has access to seamlessly remote into student's computers to assist with complex lab activities.
