LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Lufkin man who served 40 months in federal prison for selling cocaine is back in jail after federal prosecutors filed a motion to revoke his supervised release.

While it is not yet known what violations he committed, Bobby Eugene Cooper, 39, will make his next appearance in court on Tuesday.

Cooper pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance in July 2008 and was later sentenced to 40 months in federal prison.

Angelina County Jail records show Lufkin Police arrested Cooper in July on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
