HUDSON, TX (KTRE) - Hudson Police arrested a Lufkin man and woman after an officer reported finding a meth lab in a home Monday morning.
Chief Jimmy Casper said Officer Joe Burton answered a disturbance call around 11:30 a.m. on Providence Road. When he arrived, he got consent to search the home and found components of a meth lab in one of the rooms.
Burton arrested Marci Nicole Berry, 20, and Joshua Paul Glawson, 20, on charges of second-degree possession of certain chemicals with intent to manufacture. He also arrested Travis Aron Thornton, 19, on an outstanding theft warrant.
Casper said Berry and Glawson were in the same room as the components, which is why they were slapped with the felony charges.
Both are being held on $50,000 bail.
Berry was arrested in October, after her one-year-old son tested positive for meth. She had been out on a $7,500 bail.
