LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -
A Nacogdoches man has pleaded guilty to a charge that he owned a firearm despite being a convicted felon.
Lincoln Jerome Watts, 31, entered the plea on Monday, according to court documents.
According
to the indictment, Watts, who was convicted of aggravated robbery in
Nacogdoches County, owned a Kel-Tec, Model P3AT .380-caliber
semi-automatic pistol on Nov. 13, 2011.
A sentencing will come at a later date.
He remains in the custody of US Marshals.
