Cherokee County Sheriff's Office releases IDs of arrested protesters

RUSK, TX (KTRE) -

The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office has released the identifications of the 10 arrested in protests against the TransCanada Keystone pipeline.

All but one are from outside of Texas.

Deputies arrested the 10 after they allegedly violated various crimes, including trespassing on private property, setting up tree blockades and chaining themselves up to machinery.

Below are the names, ages, hometowns and charges of the suspects. All 10 have posted bail.

Elizabeth Alvarado, 20, Nacogdoches: Criminal mischief, unlawful use of criminal instrument, criminal trespass.

Dakoda Nikalie Benson, 21, Kalamazoo, Mich.: Criminal mischief, unlawful use of criminal instrument, criminal trespass.

Gilbert Bentley, 22, Holland, Ohio: Criminal mischief, unlawful use of criminal instrument, criminal trespass..

Andrew Cart, 28, Indianapolis: Criminal mischief.

Douglas Fahlbusch, 33, Proctorsville, Vt.: Criminal mischief.

Julie Ann Henry, 28, Nashville, Tenn.: Criminal mischief, unlawful use of criminal instrument, criminal trespass.

Peter Joseph Johnson, 23, Whitman, Mass.: Criminal mischief, unlawful use of criminal instrument, criminal trespass.

Mark William Manley, 61, Tulsa, Okla.: Criminal trespass.

Lisa Marcus, 56, Seattle: Criminal trespass.

Eric Moll, 24, Rochester, N.Y.: Criminal mischief, unlawful use of criminal instrument, criminal trespass.
