Timberland: 31 demerits for food left at room temperature, all employees must have food handler's certification, all food must be labeled/dated and covered/protected, clean under ice machine, clean air vents, end caps needed on light shields, paint bare wood, clean under equipment, remove household equipment (crock pot/rice cooker), back storage area must be rodent/insect proof, clean can opener, bulk food item scoops must be stored with handle up.

China Garden@ 701 S. Timberland: 20 demerits for improper thawing, repair walk-in women's restroom, clean under equipment, clean well behind deep fryer, remove wood table (repeat x2), do not store food on floor, remove household crock pot, do not store toxic's with food, repair wall behind dishwasher.

Papa John's @1205 S. First St.: 16 demerits for all employees must have food handler's certification within 30 days of hire, clean under equipment, clean floor in walk-in, back door must seal tightly.

Subway (Polk's#21) at 701 S. Temple Dr.: 11 demerits for need fm on site, clean fan covers in walk-in cooler, clean floor of walk-in freezer, clean under bread ovens, clean ice dispenser to fountain drink machine.

Olive Garden @ 3801 S. Medford: 4 demerits for improper thawing (repeat).

Chick-Fil-A @4605 S. Medford Dr.: 0 demerits.
