Police officers arrested a 24-year-old man on an aggravated assault with a
deadly weapon charge late Thursday night.
Cody
Jerome Brown, 24, of Nacogdoches, is still being held in the Nacogdoches County
Jail on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and interference
with an emergency call. The assault charge is a second-degree felony, and the
other charge is a misdemeanor. Collectively, Brown's bond has been set at
$52,500.
