Vehicle catches fire at Lufkin Whataburger

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

Firefighters had to extinguish a vehicle which caught fire at a Lufkin Whataburger Wednesday afternoon.

The vehicle is a Honda Odyssey.

Fire department spokesman Steve McCool said the fire started in the engine. A woman had parked there and gone inside Whataburger, located at 102 S. John Redditt Drive, when it caught on fire around 11:45 a.m. Firefighters had it out by 11:55 a.m.

Nobody was injured.
