LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -
A Lufkin man who has already served his full prison time for selling cocaine is going back to prison for 12 more months after violation conditions of his supervised release.
Bobby Eugene Cooper, 39, will serve two more years of supervised release once he gets out of prison.
Cooper pleaded guilty to possession with
intent to distribute a controlled substance in July 2008 and was later
sentenced to 40 months in federal prison.
Angelina County Jail records show Lufkin Police arrested Cooper in July on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
