Meet Coco, a four pound Chi-weenie!
Coco was rescued by the SPCA of East Texas from a Tyler apartment complex this week. She was the victim of a domestic situation which left her alone and without an owner. Coco is just a puppy.
She's already received here first round of puppy shots.
