Nacgodoches host 16th annual 9 Flags Christmas Parade

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

Saturday night, parade goers packed downtown Nacogdoches for the 16th Annual 9 Flags Christmas Festival Lighted Parade.

The 9 Flags Festival is a group of events that takes place over a month and a half starting in early November.

It celebrates the history of Nacogdoches and the 9 Flags that have flown over the city.

This years festival focused on the time Nacogdoches was controlled by Spain.
