NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -
A Kansas man caught allegedly trafficking marijuana through Nacogdoches is back in jail after not showing up for a court date.
Lendell Maurice Terrell, 28, of Wichita, was booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail on Sunday.
Records show he was first arrested in Wichita.
The Nacogdoches County District Court put a warrant out for Terrell in February after he no-showed a court appearance in Nacogdoches.
Terrell was first arrested in June 2011 after officers conducted a traffic stop with him after they said he was
speeding on the 1700 block of Southwest Stallings Drive. Officers
reported finding approximately two pounds of marijuana, which was
located inside a bag in the vehicle.
