A Winner's Recipe - Jacqueline's Seafood Potatoes

Seafood potatoes

  • 2lb med uncooked shrimp
  • 12 oz chopped crab meat (real or imitation)
  • 2 sticks of sweet cream salted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp of parsley flakes
  • 3 tbsp of garlic salt
  • 1 tsp of seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp of ground black pepper
  • 6 large baked potatoes

Topping

Grated cheddar cheese, sour cream  and  chives. (If desired)

 

First over medium heat in a large sauce pan melt butter, slowly adding dry ingredients making a consistent scampi sauce. Stir continuously to keep from sticking or burning. Add chopped crab meat to sauce. Coat crab meat well . Add uncooked shrimp to crab meat and sauce. Continue to stir as to coat all seafood in sauce well. Turn heat to low and simmer for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over baked potatoes with desired toppings. ENJOY!!!
