Nacogdoches Co. grand jury indicts man for sex with child

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

A San Augustine man is in the Nacogdoches County Jail following a grand jury's indictment for sexual assault of a child.

James Terrell Price, 21, was booked into the jail on the second-degree charge on Monday.

According to the indictment, Price inappropriately touched a girl under the age of 17 on Oct. 19, 2012.

He is being held on a $75,000 bail.
