Memorial service held on anniversary of Deputy Coleman's death

ANTHEM, AZ (CBS5) -

There have been five officer-involved shootings in the Valley in recent days, and it's especially tough timing for those behind the badge.

One year ago, Maricopa County Deputy Bill Coleman was shot dead while responding to a burglary call at the outlets in Anthem.

A special memorial service is planned for Tuesday night in the spot where the shooting happened. A candlelight vigil is set for 7 p.m.

A granite monument will also be dedicated honoring Coleman.
