Nacogdoches grand jury indicts man for sex with child

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

A Douglass man is in jail following a Nacogdoches County grand jury's indictment which charges him with having sex with an underage girl.

Erick Garcia Tonche, 24, is charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child.

According to the indictment, Tonche, had sex with a girl under the age of 17 on Feb. 1, 2008.

He remains in the Nacogdoches County Jail on a $25,000 bail.
