Greyhound bus out of Tyler crashes in Forney

FORNEY, TX (KLTV) -

A Greyhound bus headed out of Tyler was involved in an accident Wednesday.

The bus left the station in Tyler at 3:00 p.m., and crashed in the city of Forney; the accident involved a car.

ETMC confirms that their EMS has responded and seven people are being transported to area hospitals. Four will be taken to Texas Regional in Sunnyvale, and the other three to a hospital unknown at this time.

The bus was headed from Tyler to Dallas. Authorities on the scene say the injuries are non-life-threatening and precautionary.
