TxDOT maintenance crews are monitoring roadways
throughout the Lufkin District due to rain. So far the only closure reported is
FM 1 in Sabine County. Crews are working to remove a tree from across the
roadway. Law enforcement assisting.
Downed trees have been reported on the following roadways
but no closures required as TxDOT crews work to remove them.
Sabine County:
FM 1592: two trees down
SH 184: one tree down
Polk County:
FM 943: one tree down
FM 350: one tree down
Shelby County reported water over the roadway on FM 138
at Huani Creek. It has receded but caution advised.
