LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

Deputies with the Angelina County Sheriff's Office arrested a 27-year-old Huntington man for delivery of marijuana Thursday.

Casey Wayne Miller is still being held in the Angelina County Jail on a state jail felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance between a quarter-ounce and 5 pounds. He also has a bond forfeiture for a previous possession of marijuana charge out of San Jacinto County. No bond has been set for the delivery charge, but a $10,000 bond has been set for the forfeiture.

An investigator from the Angelina County Sheriff's Office filed the arrest warrant affidavit on Sept. 11, 2012. According to the affidavit, the investigator worked with a confidential informant and allegedly had him or her purchase a half ounce of marijuana at Miller's residence in the 600 block of Live Oak Street in Huntington.

The confidential informant was equipped with an audio and video and recording device. When he or she returned from making the purchase, he or she had a clear sandwich bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. In addition, the audio/video recording allegedly showed Miller making the transaction with the confidential informant.
