Lufkin man gets 77 months for federal gun violation

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

A federal judge has sentenced a Lufkin felon who owned to guns to 77 months in prison.

Paul Randall Rhoden, 50, pleaded guilty to felon in possession of a firearm in September.

Rhoden, a convicted felon, admitted to owning two 22-caliber rifles.

Following his prison sentence, Rhoden served three years of supervised release.
