Would gun proposal increase hog nuisance?

Fallout from the president's firearm proposals continues today. At 6, Leigha Hughes tracks down a Nacogdoches County woman who says if she can't use her semi-automatic rifle, she can't help control the hog population. Plus, Leigha Hughes will be live in the studio to help us try to get a handle on exactly which kind of semi-automatic weapons are on the chopping block.

Also at 6, Donna McCollum talks to a self-proclaimed constitutionalist. Someone who studies the Constitution and its meaning. Donna speaks to him to find out if our 2nd Amendment rights have been violated.

Maegan Prejean meets with an East Texas woman who says guns aren't necessary when it comes to protecting yourself. You'll see why at 6.

A Lufkin church passed out $1,500 to its congregation this week and is challenging them to use the money for a random act of kindness. Francesca Washington has the report at 5.

And at 10, Michelle Reed brings you the latest on a major developing story we're learning about right now. While we don't have the details confirmed right now, we're working on bringing you a full report at KTRE.com and tonight at 10.
