Wild About Kids Daycare case going to grand jury

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

According to Hudson Police Chief Jimmy Casper, later this month, The Angelina County District Attorney's office will be taking the "Wild About Kids" Daycare case to a grand jury.

Back in September, an investigation revealed the "Wild About Kids "Daycare failed to take action after a 9month old girl was left unattended on a changing table and fell, fracturing her skull.

The Hudson day care lost its license to operate.
